I'm not totally sure if this should be under HR, but I thought I'd start from here and maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
We're experiencing a situation where a user is unable to get to the direct deposit module under Employee Self Service, everytime the user clicks on the module, a pop-up error appears that reads for example "2019-08-23 13:32:39 :INCIDENT_ID#12345678990-0001 Error Retrieving database records"
Followed by a link http://mydomain.net/servlet/Router/Data/Erp?......DA=False - SSORequest() - sso.js" and ends with "Check IOS logs for details"
I've checked the log but nothing really useful other than the same error with the user ID, and some timestamp.
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar issue, again any guidance will be appreciated.
