Time and Attendance and Scheduling systems

Good Afternoon,

We are looking to see what others are using for time and attendance that would integrate with Lawson. We are currently using kronos and are open to making a change. We have several pay rules and are looking for something that would work especially for our nursing units with scheduling as well.

We use Kronos Workforce Ready and are thinking of moving to a more robust version of Kronos.

We use API Healthcare (owned by Sympir now) and it interfaces time records to Lawson. We use it for Time & Attendance, Staff Scheduling and Open Shift Notification. We interface from Lawson S3 to API nightly with the employees, departments and positions.

We currently are using Kronos and in the process of moving up to their new Dimensions product.

We also use API Healthcare for Time and Attendance, Staff Scheduling, and Open Shift Notification. We too interface nightly from S3 to API- position, org unit, license, job class and employee information.

We used PMA. It integrates well with Lawson. It has the same look and feel as Lawson products. We don't use the scheduling module by there is one available.
