ACA - monthly measurement method setup?

It seems as if the new ACA screens (and documentation) are all about the 'lookback method' for assessing the full-time status of employees (where you have initial/administrative/standard measurement periods), and I'm not seeing or understanding how to do the setup if we aren't using that method but instead are just using the 'monthly measurement' assessment method (where each calendar month is assessed separately and distinctly). Is anyone else just using the monthly measurement method? If so, how are you setting up your new ACA parameters? (We just got the patch loaded into our TEST environment today, and we are on v10).
