In order to activate the flags, there are a few steps that need to be completed first:

Link Your DocuSign Account to IDM

* Before you can configure DocuSign within IDM, you need to collect your organization's DocuSign Account ID and Base URL:* From DocuSign, go to Settings > Apps and Keys
* Under My Account Information, locate and copy these two values: * API Account ID
* Account's Base URL

* Return to Infor and launch IDM
* Access the IDM Control Center, then open the Hamburger Menu (≡)* Expand Configuration
* Select Document Signature* Select DocuSign from Document Signature Provider (only option)
* Key in your Organization's API Account ID
* Key in the DocuSign Base URL

* Click Save Changes

Assign the Signature Security Role

Linking the account does not by itself grant anyone the ability to send for signature. For each user who needs that capability:

* Assign the IDM-SignatureUser security role to the user.
* Confirm the same user is added as a user in the linked DocuSign account.

Both conditions must be true for a user to send documents to be signed.
