Turn off Soft Warnings?

Greetings,

Is there a way to turn off soft warnings. We recently installed a patch that added soft warnings to PR35.2. This is causing our Addin uploads to error out. Is there a way to turn them off?.

Usually there is an XMIT field that you can pass a 1 in to bypass warning messages.
