Workflow Task Escalation Using Company Calender and Excluding Weekends

Hi All,

 

Is there any way to exclude the Weekends and Company Holidays from the Task Escalation? Currently we are using the Escalation which is counting the weekends as well.

 

Any help will be appreciable.

Hello, there. I'm not aware of any existing configuration options to accomplish this request. There is an open enhancement request though - ER 38859 (ers.infor.com/.../Ers_Details.aspx
