ION Workflow task has not generated to LN user

Hello All,

Good Day .

I'm working on LN_CorrectiveActionPlan_Open workflow, in the distribution list i have assigned task to LN user. When i have created correctiveActionPlan in LN, it has not generated task to that user in MIngle.

If i select the user from IFS user list it has generated the task.

Can any one suggest me, whats wrong im doing.

1. You can check the Workflow instances if BOD has actually been published from LN to ION

- if nothing is there, check associated Activation policy

2. Additionally you can check OneView for the document CorrectiveActionPlan

- if there is no document, your LN is not sending it to ION

3. If there is a document, check where the Owner parameter gets filled from, and check that element in BOD XML

4. IFS-ION Person ID you have to change to your LN User ID which appears to be ITEM0008 or something (and if this is the value that is actually inside of element that fills the Owner parameter in Workflow)

Hi,

if you are distributing a task to parameter Owner that is read from incoming BOD, then you have to enter the Employee ID of that user on his Details in Infor OS User Management. You enter that in Details tab in field IFS ION-Person ID.

At least that is my experience with LN and ION..

So, if My employee ID in LN in tccom001 is 9999, and I send SalesOrder from LN to ION and I'm referenced in External Sales Representative field like 9999, then I have to have this same number/code entered in IFS ION-Person ID field inside of Infor OS User Management (if I want the distribution process in ION to find out to whom it has to forward the task/alert).

Nothing i have changed in the ION Workflow distribution, the thing is it is not triggering the task for that user(owner) in Mingle.

I am not sure if there is any other way to handle the LN user but In my current assignment we are sending the LN users email in the BOD to trigger the Task.

By LN User ID it was meant to be your Employee number/code in LN, not actual user. Owner parameter is filled by tccom001.emno.

Every thing is ok and i have applied point number 4.

getting the below confirm bod error for that user.

Finally we did it.

I followed 4th point again, and activated the Mingle-LN document flow for that company.
After that, it has successfully generated the task to the LN user(owner).
