An instance for workflow LN requisition is already running for some other document id.So how to solve this kind of error we get while approving the PR.
please review the Activation policy configuration. There are options there for how to handle existing in flight processes around a same document / document Id.
Two policy types of Start and Cancel
and the checkbox to Cancel existing workflow.
You could look in OneView and find all Documents for this PR and track which one triggered workflow. Then, with this workflow instance ID You could cancel whole workflow or check distribution to verify where this workflow stuck.
