It is very easy to follow the process of a workflow when it is active, through the workflow widget on the homepage. I have a customer who would like to follow the workflow and see who has done what when a workflow has finished, which I find much harder to do.
When a workflow has finished, it ends up in the archive after a while. You can see the tasks/notifications in 'Archived Activities' and search by their task ID. You can also search for a certain workflow ID, by first selecting 'Archived workflows', choosing which workflow and version to look at and then press 'Workflow Instances'. There you can select 'Search by ID' to find the workflow you are searching for.
My question is: is there any way to search for the workflow ID directly, without having to first select which workflow and version to look at?
