Is there a way to extract string using set parameter based on spaced or delimiter?

I have below error from an API, the X's denotes the user name. It can be Min 3 to 10 Chars.

Now, I can use the substring to extract the username to whom I need to send a notification. but the length of username changes per user. How could I just extract the username if possible by a delimiter and not by length of character.

Error: Order OIS300 is locked by job: XXXXXXXX 680472
