Is there a way to create similar stuff to cross reference ( used in landmark) in ION.
I believe codes can be used for the same but struggling to see a example of the same.
can someone share a sample of how to use within a workflow
In ION Process there is a feature called "business rules". It is there you can setup a matrix similar to a cross reference table in Landmark. These can then be called natively in ION Process workflows, or through an API from anywhere.
