Email template approval response in workflow in ION

We have defined PO approval workflow and provided distribution list for email to the user. An email template has been developed to approve or reject.
Now If user approves from email, then how the ION workflow can capture and hit back to syteline?
In Email template do response of approve or reject links to ION has to be added, If so please advise.

Are you planning to update Syteline with a BOD or using an API or another?

If you setup parameters with output property, then at the end of the flow the Acknowledge BOD will be published for the document that started the flow.
