Updating Onboarding Tasks

Has anyone needed to update a task in onboarding?  Our employee orientation dates change every year and when I updated the content on the task for 2022, it changed the content for all employees, even those that have completed onboarding from 2021.

Do I need to create a whole new onboarding program every year to avoid these?

Hello, we had the same problem. Our workaround, is that if you update the "set as of date" and then go to the task details for someone who received the task in 2021. You can see the content that they saw as of that "set as of date".
