We went live with TA in September 2020 and created Internal Candidate records for all resources in GHR at that time.
Our HR group reached out to me yesterday because when they searched in Candidate Pool for a recent Employee resource that terminated, no results displayed.
I had them use the Set As Of Date feature using the day before the resource Termination date and this yielded a result.
>I completed random searches on recently terminated resources and repeated what we found with the former Employee HR Group asked about.
>I was able to search the Candidate Business Class and find all of the applications but majority of fields were blank.
I opened a ticket with Infor and received the following response:
"On my environment once the employees are terminated, Internal Candidates can no longer be found on the Candidate Pool. You'll also see that the Internal is inactive on the Candidate Business Class."
? Is there anyone else that has experienced this?
? How do you pull up past Candidate history if not available in the Candidate Pool - are you using the Candidate Business Class data?
