Email Templates

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have experience with creating and editing email templates? What I'm trying to do is add {SalaryType}, {Salary}, and {WorkType} into my email template, but it will not generate in the email to the candidate.

Example: Your {SalaryType} rate is {Salary}. Your employment status is{WorkType}.

If it's not an Infor delivered variable, you can use this syntax:

{lpl:BusinessClass.FieldName}

I can share this with you, and hope it helps.

An email template was created for a client of mine based on information from the JobApplication. For any non-variable that was not delivered, lpl:was created based on the source and business class. Here is my example.

Candidate Name: {FullName}
Candidate Phone Number: {lpl:JobApplication.Candidate.PrimaryContactInfo.TelephoneNumber.InternationalPrefix} {lpl:JobApplication.Candidate.PrimaryContactInfo.TelephoneNumber.SubscriberNumber}
Candidate Address: {Address}
Candidate Position and Location: {PositionTitle} {Location}
Candidate Anticipated Start Date: {EmploymentStartDate}

If it is pulling Salary from the offer, then the offer has to be defined before it can pull it in. Assuming you have done this, your syntax seems fine.
