Where do we find documentation on the pending Email Domain Verification?

The Infor message says:

'In June 2022, you will have the option to verify the domains that you own in the Infor Cloud Self-Service Portal (SSP).

Within the SSP you will be able to add, remove and verify the domain(s) to be used by Infor OS services as the “From Email Address” of outgoing emails, as well as any custom SMTP server if required.

The process is simple and gives complete control to you as the customer and owner of the domain.

Full instructions will be available with the SSP June 2022 release.'

Not sure where else it might be found but perhaps our notes will help you:

You'll need someone with Admin to go into Infor Concierge, choose the SSP (Cloudsuite self service portal)... it often times out,  so try it a few times.

Once in, select Domains from the list on the left.  You'll need to add the domain there is a button there to click...type it in and save it.  It will give you a domain verification text token.
(wait until it's been updated across the world to attempt to Verify it)  Give that text file name to whomever manages your DNS.  (Copy and paste)

On the other side of it you'll need someone to:
Log on to your domain host account, where you manage your domains.  Go to the page where you update the domains DNS settings.
Locate the domain entry and add a TXT record with the value infor.cloudsuite-domain-verfication=the verfication token given to you in SSP

The navigation and steps for adding the TXT record to your  domain vary based on your domain provider...
DNS changes take a few hours to take full effect globally...so wait for the required time before  attempting to verify the domain in SSP.

Once ready: in SSP, domains, click to verify.  It tells you on screen if is succeeded or failed.
