Documentation indicates that Conditional Questions in Talent Acquisition are available and can be enabled, however I can not find how do enable them. Has anyone figured how to enable and use Conditional Questions?
Conditional questions
Conditional questions are followup questions that can be associated with answers to Yes No and List questions. For example, a question asks if the user is open to relocation. If the response is yes, then the next question asks the user to specify a city for relocation. If the response is no, then no additional question is offered.
The original question is referred to as the parent question. Conditional questions are referred to as the children of the parent question. A child can be created for the Yes response and another for the No response. Child questions cannot have child questions. All settings that apply to a parent question apply to child questions:
- If a parent question is active, then the child questions are active.
- If a parent question is inactive, then the child questions are inactive.
- If a parent question is deleted, then the child questions are deleted.
Conditional questions must be enabled at the organization level and require the SoHo 4 UX web interface.
