Have you found a way to automate the process to update job requisitions when associated positions are updated?

Any kind of update that would need to be updated on the associated req. Such as accounting unit/org unit change, direct supervisor, minimum qualifications...
We found that when we changed things like the pay grade/ranges that the reqs would update automatically. But changes to the Job Summary and Requirements on the position would need a manual fix. Been talking about trying to automate that but our IS team has been really busy lately.

We a similar scenario last summer where the work schedule changed for a group of positions and the pay grade changed for another group of positions. In both scenarios, the requisitions were not updated automatically by the position changes. To change the requisitions, we enabled Position and Defaulting Updates in the Organization Configuration, then reselected the position code on each requisition to update the work schedules and pay grade on the requisitions.
Can you share your configuration for when they pay grade changes on a position that the requisition would update automatically? currently ours do not, even if we change a position number on a requisition say we first submit the requisition as a nurse tech I and we need to update it to a nurse tech II, once we enter the new position number for nurse tech II on the requisition and save, it does not update the grade.
