Hi All!
We have a request to set up a number of ongoing emails to be sent after someone is hired - so an email would go out a week after start, a month after start, 3 months after start, etc. We don't want to use the Hire/Rehire action because the point in time someone is hired can be significantly variable - some are hired a month prior to their start date and some get hired the day before. Has anyone used Transition Management to set something like this up? We are having a hard time finding a way to get these emails to trigger.
