ION Monitor for sales return orders

Hello everybody,

Is there any option to configure a Monitor based on Sync.SalesOrder BOD, to trigger anytime that a new Return sales order is created? I have 0 problems with normal sales orders, but whenever the line quantity is below 0 it does not activate.

Any tip? Thank you very much!

Have you considered an Event based on the 'Customer Return Order Type' instead?
