Viewing Transition Management Correspondence for Onboarding a Resource

Our Recruiters are unable to see the correspondence sent to resources for Onboarding Transition Management program.  They can see Preboarding for the Candidate.

Has anyone had this issue?  I feel that it is security related but not sure what Security Class it would be.

Debra, you're right - it's security related. 

When someone is in the preboarding step, all the details are still based on their candidate profile, and those are details that recruiters would have access to.  Once the hire / rehire action occurs, the employee profile and ID are created and the information on the candidate profile at the time of the hire gets thrown over the wall to create the employee profile details.  From there, only people with access to Core HR (admin, HR Generalists, HR Generalist Actor/Org, etc) would have access to the data.  Once the hire is completed, from the transition management process side, they would then have their onboarding program available for completion.  That ends up being about right for us - once someone has been hired, the onboarding process is owned by their leader and their local HR generalist and not the recruiter.
