Transition Management custom forms - ability to create Administrative Task with Custom Form

In Transition Management, there is an option to create custom forms, however when creating a task for the custom form, you cannot create it for an Administrative Task.

We need to be able to have a custom form created to assign as an Administrative Task to collect some information (basically from Leaders) and have the information update the Candidate/Resource records.

When I submitted this to Infor they have a JIRA already created for this (JR-3258268) but have requested an Enhance Request.

We have a few tasks that are specifically for Leaders and we just use the "Resource Audience"; just curious as to why you are using Administrative Audience? Are your leaders not resources in your company?

Wouldn't using the Resource as the Audience assign it to the New Hire or Rehire not to their leader?

I can't be sure as to how your Transition Management is set up, but for ours, we create the task and use the resource audience and then under the transition program set up itself for that task you can use the restrict eligibility and create your own custom group or you can use and ISD upload and specify which exact employees you would like the task to go to. As long as they are an employee in your company, it can go to whomever you want it to.

Can you let me know how you set up your custom group so when restricting eligibility it will be assigned to the Direct Supervisor?
