Has anyone implemented 2 preboarding programs as part of one application workflow? For example, the first one is called Conditional Offer Preboarding (background, identity checks and health clearances, and other tasks) have to be cleared before a formal offer is given.
The second Preboarding would be after the formal offer has been accepted, and will trigger a different set of Preboarding tasks.
No, I cannot combine the 2 Preboarding programs into one. If the candidate does not qualify based on the result of the "first" Preboarding program, then no formal offer will be extended.
The second Preboarding program cannot be part of Onboarding as well because the preboarding tasks are legally required to be completed before Hire.
Please share your experience or solution.
