I’m reaching out to ask for your support on my enhancement request (Enhancement Request - 112371) related to the Job/Requisition synchronization feature.
Issue Overview: We’ve been experiencing a significant issue when the synchronization setting is enabled and the rule is set to "Review updates." Specifically, fields that are not defined on our jobs or positions are still attempting to update the requisition fields, even when there have been no changes made to those fields.
Proposed Enhancement: We’re requesting an enhancement to ensure that the "Review updates" setting can be used safely, without the risk of unintended updates. Ideally, fields that are not defined on jobs or positions should not trigger updates on requisition fields unless actual changes have occurred.
Business Impact: This issue is impacting our ability to utilize the "Review updates" feature effectively, leading to unnecessary and incorrect updates in our requisition management process. This compromises our data integrity and complicates our hiring processes.
