We are seeing issues when candidates need to reset their password, they are not always typing their email address in all lower case, so they do not receive the password reset email. In the candidate business class, there are two fields "LowerCaseLoginName" and "LowerCaseLoginNameForRegistration."
The fields are empty when you query but it made me wonder if there is a setup option to default upper case letters in an email address to all lower case. Have others had this issue with candidates and how do you address it?
