Hi, I have a set of employee fields I built out on Employee for vehicle registration. The employees have the option to update these fields today but often don't remember to. My question is whether it's possible to include those fields on a custom transition management task and send out the program to all active employees.
To preface, I do currently have a custom action form that is paired to a condition so the custom form pops up when that particular associated task is on a program. I'm able to actually house the fields needed on that form but they aren't editable. Thinking I need to use IPD instead but was wondering if anyone has ever made fields available to fill in on a transition mgmt program and have those answers populate the corresponding field son another business class.
