I am trying to find out the employee name on a payroll check because the employee name on the positive pay is not matching that on the check. We use MHC which I do not know if that comes into play.
Have you tried looking up the record in EmployeePayment in GHR? We just stopped using MHC but, even when we had it, all that was for was displaying the data in a friendly fashion for the employee. The data itself still came from GHR and we can go back through each record on EmployeePayment (basically one record per paycheck) to see everything that the employee would otherwise see in MHC.
It turns out that MHC was controlling the name on the check.
