IPD - Infor Process Designer

I need to update one of the IPA processes via IPD (Infor Process Designer), but I couldn't install the IPD application. Attached is the error message.

Are there prerequisites for IPD? Where can I download the latest version? Are there other tools to use to edit IPA?

Christina, you should open a support ticket for this as it may involve details throughout the IPD install process. I did glean this from another ticket.

"The Java version was the issue, Installed the new, updated Java home, reinstalled new IPD version, worked like a charm. Thanks"

I do believe there was a recent change in supported Java version.
