ION Workflow task empty details

We have set up a connection:
- BOD is placed file in JMS queue
- BOD is picked up by Enterprise Connector
- ION recveives the BOD via Document Flow
- Document Flow triggers the workflow
- Task is generated and sent to distribution users

All ok but i need some explanination on mapping because the task is empty in fileds.
Basically we need the URL and Reference number from BOD message.

Does OneView show values in those two fields in the original bod?
Are you sure your xpath to the fields is correct?
If the answer to the above is yes, then I think you have a bug. I would open a support incident.
