ION: FTP in File Connector is not working. What kind adapter does ION 12.0 is using for FTP?

We are getting below error when trying ftp connection from ION:

Message: Adapter test connection failed: java.lang.Exception: Unable to validate the connection for hostName '1XX.XX.XXX.XXX'. Cause: FTP server 16x.xx.xx.xx0 refused login for user EAZXXXXX. ReplyCode "500"

Hi Rajesh, are you able to hit that FTP server from the local machine? Was the connection successful in the past and with the EAZ1TRAU user account?

Hi Mike,

I am able to connect to that ftp site using file zilla from the IOn server itself but not from ION application.

We have already opened a ticket 11502919 with Infor about a week back. They seems to be working with the development team.

Was there a solution for this? We are on latest ION but this is not working for sFTP. FIle write works fine in Filezilla but not in ION
