WF Email Template Customization

Hi All,

I am editing the email template using for workflows and alert but I am not finding the .Properties file which has been mentioned in ION Activity Desk.

I have downloaded the Folder from Configuration-> ION Services but can not see the .Properties file, Can you please confirm how this .properties file downloaded or Do we need to create our own?

You create new .properties file to customize specific workflow, alert, or notification emails. See page 325 of the ION Desk User Guide ( www.inforxtreme.com/.../ion_12.0.x_iondeskceug_en-us.pdf ). It tells you the naming convention of the files , where to place them, and even gives you sample content.
