Ln Document Authorization workflow status in LN

Hi All,

 

I am using LN DA purchase order workflow and as per the business requirement and we customized the workflow for multilevel approvals on the basis of PO Amount.

My query is how we can update the name of the person in LN whom the task is pending for the approval So users can know the reviewer name and take followups.

This needs to be achieved by taking advantage of InforOS functionality such as SSO, Widgets and in-context framework.
In the LN session where the PO was submitted, you can add an in-context task viewer widget. When the PO session is opened you can expand this widget from the right side. If there are any workflow active on that PO, you will see the open tasks in that widget including who is still yet to approve. Please check LN-ION integration guide or check with the LN team on how to integrate this widget to the LN sessions.
