Workflow - Service account

Hi!

Is there a possibility to config the Service Account for the ION API so I don't have to import the service account for each ION API added to the workflow?

Unlike a classic system to system integration, an API based integration has a finer level of authorisation. That is the reason we keep the service account specific to each step in the flow. If you want to use a service account (additionally linked with a master user ) for all your steps, it is a possibility to consider a 'default' service account per connection point. We can consider this as an enhancement. Please log an enhancement request in the ERS system.

You're further than me...I'm still trying to figure out where you get the service account CSV file the ION API connector asks for

You can create a service account from User Management - Manage - Service Account. You have one chance to download the CSV during the time of creation.

HI Vignesh,

User Management --> Manage --> Service Accounts i didn't see any service accounts. I was trying to create a service account then it is populated with Access key and Secret key and i have selected the user email id, here for Description what details i have to provide to that user as service account.

I'm working on ION API connection point, might be this could resolve my issue.

Save the downloaded csv file and use it in the api connection point for connect.

I did it, getting the below error.

Ion Api invocation failed, please see details below : java.lang.RuntimeException: Retrieved Response code 401; Unauthorized
