IDM drillback in Purchase order workflow

Greetings for the Day,

I want to add a drillback for LN_DA_Purchaseorder workflow which should drill to the attachment that was attached in IDM related information in LN session for a particular purchase order.

I have added the IDM drillback, but it is taking me to the empty screen of IDM.

Can anyone guide what all parameters need to be mapped for the IDM drillback in LN_DA_Purchaseorder workflow. I am not getting what parameters need to be mapped for $pid and $query fields. Please find the attachment.

I am not too sure about query, but the $pid is the unique ID for the document. If you go and find the 'Infor IDM Workflow and Altert Content Examples for Infor ION' document, it discusses the PID.

pid String Input Unique id for the document.

Used to configure the view

definition file and drillback.

Drill Backs

• Add the Document Management v12.0 application.

• For a ContentDocument workflow:

o Select the ContentDocumentView.

o Select the "pid" parameter for the $pid name.

Thanks for your suggestion.

But here i am not using IDM workflow, i am using this drillback in LN_DA_PURCHASEORDER workflow only it means that i am using two drillbacks one is purchase order view and other is idm view.

So can i map document id parameter for $pid.

If you look at the IDM Definition file (below), it defines both the pid and query for a Content Document View type for the IDM Drillback. The PID will be the primary ID of the document, and the query would match an xquery in IDM, which is the advanced search functionality in IDM. I pasted an example of an Xquery below. I found this in the IDM Admin guide.

My thought, is that if you now the document id, then map that to the pid and it will work, this would be more of a static case study, as the workflow would always use that one document.

However, if you need to search all Files, with a parameter from the workflow, then you would use the query to help identify the document. This would be more of a dynamic case study where the specific workflow needs to pass parameters to identify the document. If you wanted to search images, you could use "/MDS_Image" for the query.

Hi Brandon,

I get the following error.

The document could not be retrieved. Make sure that it is not deleted and that you are allowed to view the document.

Error code: ICR114

Invalid pid: "Shows the ID I used"

I copied the ID from the Document Management library.

Any idea why I am getting this error.
