File name from ION Connection point

Is there a way to fetch file name to a variables (workflow) from File read connection point?

I have created a connection point to read files with name_timestamp.txt, I want to get the file name to a variable, so I can alert user in case of any error when processing the records in file.

Hi,

I suggest you to use "File Attributes" in your file template.

FileName, FileExtension and FilePath will be populated as attributes of tag "MyDocumentName" in the custom BOD. These attributes can be passed to a workflow.
