Why no e-mail from workflow?

Hi,

Just made my first workflow and works OK but I do not get the notification in my Outlook e-mail box, just in ming.le inbox, My understanding is that when checkbox Send E-mail is checked in distribution section, an email is send. See screenshot below.
Is something missing in ION config?

As Danil notes, if you do not need to use your domain, just leave it blank and ION EMails will be sent with from address of noreply@inforcloudsuite.com.

Make sure you have emails addresses in the users in IFS. You can test by sending to a static / coded email address if you are not sure.

Also go to the active process history (Activities) and see that your Task or notification have an email.

Also ensure the user account has an email in IFS.

Rob, Kevin thanks for your reply. ION service was indeed not correctly. Corrected it now but still not working. I am wondering if domains used in e-mail addresses need to be trusted domains? When I entered ION_TST@<company name>.com as from e-mail address ION popup indicated this was not a trusted domain. So I used ION_TST@<company name>.cz as that was trusted. But my (to) e-mail address is JanS@<company name>.com.

And unfortunate I hae bo access to https://selfservice.cloudsuite.infor.com/ to add a trusted domain.

Hello Jan,

If you leave the "From address" field empty the default from email address: "noreply@inforcloussuite.com" will be used.
Could you please check if you receive an email in this case?

Cleared the from e-mail and triggered the WF again but no e-mail. In the WF logging the correct e-mail addresses are shown. That all looks good.
