Infor Portals Setup and Configuration - Access Denied Importing Content Pack

I am following the installation guide to install Infor Portals and get to the section to install content. I am getting an access denied error message in Farm Manager when I try to import the SL 9.01.01 content. I have set permissions to full control for Everyone and still get access denied. Anyone know how to get past that?

I figured this out. I had to unzip and re-zip the contents using a zip file utility like PeaZip. Must be a bug with whatever utility Infor is using to zip the content.
