Does MEC & Infor M3 support Json webservice?

Hi All

 

We have a requirement of sending Orders in Json webservice from MEC as we know MEC supports XML webservice. We need your kind support of exploring Json possibilities? is there any work around that can be applied?

Dependent on version;



MEC so not support sending Json WS. MEC is generally better at receiving WS calls (acting like a server) as apose to sending (acting like a client.).



However it is possible to make MEC sending Json WS. That would involve using the possibility to write a custom send class. That class would be called with an input stream (XML formatted) among other parameters. That stream could be converted to Json using open source functionality.
