How to work with standard LN_DA_Workflows for Tasks and Notification for external approval process i

Hi Team,

 

I'm working on Standard workflows of MT Cloud of LN system.  I have activated LN_DA_SalesOrder and deployed actions of OCM in LN system, and activated the LN_DA_SalesOrder workflow in ION. but i didn't receive any task or notification.

I have experienced on generating tasks and notification in Mingle, but i'm not sure with standard workflows which supplied by INFOR Cloud team.

Can any one suggest me how to work with LN_DA_*** workflow process.

Hi Satish,

The workflow has a distribution list.

By default it is distributed to the user who submitted the task. If I am correct this is the users Employee code in LN. In the user management in Infor OS you should enter this code in the IFS Person ID field.

This links the LN user and OS user. However normally the distribution is something that has to be modified. If a Workflow requires customization, copy it to a new Workflow code and customize that workflow. In LN you have to link the new Workflow to the Object Type by replacing the standard.
