Is it possible to Share a Mingle task with someone that you aren’t Connected with?

I am able to share a Ming.le task from my feed to other people's feed. I'm able to do this with connections that I'm connected with, pending approval as well as not connected at all. I tested this moments ago in our 12.0.39 hosted instance. I believe this is possible in 12.0.37 as well, but haven't tested recently.



If you haven't already, try selecting the 'Tagged Users and Groups' option from the drop-down menu. Then below the pre-populated message text try adding someone you're not connected to by first typing @ and then the first couple characters of their name. If you don't see their name in the available selection then I'd also suggest confirming the user is listed in the connection directory. Otherwise, it could be this functionality is release dependent (requiring you to update to newer version)?
