Infor ION SFTP connection error

Hi all,

I'm trying to establish a SFTP file connection point in Cloudsuite Multi Tenant environment to third party system. SFTP connection details which I entered are correct but when I click TEST button it is giving an error (Refer the screenshot). I tried to connect the file server with same connection details using filezilla and I was able to connect successfully. 

 I would appreciate any/all suggestions.

You have an authorization error. I can't quite make out the screen behind the error dialog., but the private key looks blank. Have you configured public / private keys ?
