Once the M3 tables are enabled through Data Lake publisher to load data in Data Lake tables, very first question comes in mind about initial data load.
Without that initial load, Data Lake would still capture the delta changes from that point onwards (since enabled through Data Lake publisher, and obviously ION Desk side of activities).
