BillOfMaterial integration in LN using ION

Hi EveryOne,

I'm doing a integration for EBOM/EITEM, for BOM processing process.BOM(inbound) is available in LN.

Currently i'm getting BOM data in a csv file having the eitem and ebom information. Here my doubt was, if we map the data in xslt in ION, and if the eitem is not present in LN system, whether the LN will create the eitem along with ebom ?

In general, the inbound BOD mapping describes which tables are being updated for every BOD. On this one, the BOM BOD will not create items. So the ProcessItemMaster BOD need to send to LN first.

Thank you for your info.

BOM is representing Engineering Item right (tiedm1100m100 ), if we write integration for item (process.ItemMaster) it represents Item General (tcibd0101s000). But this is not my objective.

In this scenario how we can integrate eitem as we dont have process.eitem bod in LN.

Sorry for the late response, as i have other priority works i kept this work on hold. Now stated working on.

When im sending BOM to LN using ION it is throwing error.

Error: No inventory unit found for Component E-Item 2212632.
