Does ION on-premises support TLS v1.2

I'm seeking information about support for TLS v1.2 as we are facing failure when trying to call a web service hosted at Oracle SOACS.

Does ION support calling web services, using HTTPS endpoints under TLS v1.2? And if yes, from what version?

We have ION 12 installed, I'm not sure what release, is there a way I can check the complete version/release on ION Desk?

Also, if TLS v1.2 is supported, does it need any additional configuration to be done, or it is out of the box?

Do you know what version of SQL database is deployed with your instance of Infor OS?  There is a cautionary note in the Infor OS Installation Guide that mentions appropriate patches that may need to be run.

Caution: SQL Server 2014 does not support TLS 1.2 unless the appropriate patches are run. Use the information from these links to configure SQL Server 2014 to run with TLS 1.2.

To check the version of Infor OS you have installed, while signed in to Infor OS, navigate to the User Menu > About.  This will display your tenant as well as versioning information.

To view additional version detail, navigate to ION Desk > About.  From here the ISA document can be downloaded which includes individual application information.

Those with access to Grid can view the individual application detail there as well.
