Howto create monitor for Acknowledgment BOD

Does anybody know how I can create a monitor/alert on Acknowledgement BODs in ION?

I need to intercept Rejected Acknowledge.ProductionOrder BODs and send an email to administrators.

I know how to create a monitor on a BOD in ION, but now I want to have it only specifically for a rejected status of an Acknowledgement BOD. I only seem to be able to select a ProductionOrder BOD, but this BOD is missing the Acknowledgement BOD specific fields like ResponseExpression/@actionCode or the Reason specific fields.

Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated!

ION Monitors only work with BOD messages and only with Sync BOD verbs. So Kevin's idea of transforming it into a custom Sync BOD so it can be monitored is an idea, or creating a workflow that gets kicked off from the document flow handling the Acknowledgment. The workflow would notify someone.

Up until recently, the Acknowledge verb has been a response routed directly back to the sender of the Process verb. In current MT cloud, and in recent On Prem update you should now see the ability to route Acknowledge. The default expected pattern will continue to work as is, until you override it with this routing configuration.

With that you can route the Acknowledge however you wish. In this case, maybe parallel to the expected endpoint and a copy to Filter than possibly on to Mapper to create a Sync.notification or Workflow or Alert or whatever you wish.
