EAM to CSFSM integration issue

Hoping someone might have come across this issue (and my apologies if that is not the right forum for my question.....)

Run into an issue trying to Integrate EAM to CSFSM (with CSFSM being system of record):

CSFSM :

Item is created in CSFSM where

Company = GL Company = 1000

Item Group = Vendor master = MH25

 

EAM (ver 11.5.1) :

Trying to interface Item in EAM, the Organization should be 1000 but is being set to MH25

Where might I look to fix the issue?

Hey Patrick,

I think the forum (at least this one) might be limited in its ability to help on this one. I would recommend checking with Support on the EAM side to see what's going on. You can check ION OneView to look at the BOD that was exchanged between the two systems and dig in deeper to see where that 'MH25' value is getting passed.
