I have checked all the roles are properly assigned to the iD , but still Refresh Metadata Option is greyed out is there a workaround or how to resolve this issues..
Please advice.

Is this ST or MT? I've seen this in a ST side when the application got "disconnected" from IONAPI. I had to open a ticket with Infor Support to get the connection restored.

This is a ST,
Check under API Metadata and see when the last indexing time was.
When you first click on Available APIs, the Refresh button is disabled. Make sure you click on what application you want to update data for, like M3.
When you first open:
Click on M3, then the button enables:
After I clicked on M3, the button for Refresh enabled.
Otherwise, you may need to open a ticket with Infor.
