IDM- M3- OpenText StreamServe license question

Hi all, hope all is well on your side.

We are implementing a client in IDM. This client has M3 version 15.1.4 & StreamServe 5.6.2 build 229 version.

In terms of licensing for OpenText Streamserve for the StoryTeller, XMLIN, do we need a special licence for that?. We believe that OpenText StreamService will not start without a license...

Is this license provided by Infor?

Do you know which specific OpentText StreamServe modules are needed for this license?

Hello Carolina, 

You can ask customer to raise Infor Xtreme Ticket. If customer has not dealt with OpenText separately. Then Infor only will provide access.

Inside Infor Xtreme home page go to - Resources - Request a Software Key - Key Request

When you raise a request you can specify for which customer & environment you need license.
