Doc Type not appearing in related information box -On Premise version

Hi all,

I have a document created in IDM  Document type (M3_CustomerInvoice) and in IDM Business context model created as well. On Premise version.

When I go to M3 (IOS350) and open the related information box, I can´t see the type of document in the drop down (M3_CustomerInvoice) nor the image from IDM.

I have reviewed the In context configuration and everything looks fine.

Does anyone know what can I be missing here? Thanks in advance, regards

Hi,

Can you check "Tools/Context publisher/infor business context" and verify that your custom entity type is activated (and also auto publish) ?
