IDM API user guide or tutorials

Hi,

My customer has requirement to download product images stored in IDM to inRIver PIM (Product Information Manager). So I need to develop a connector in PIM to call IDM API to retrieve item images. So could anybody point me to download IDM API user guide or tutorials?

Thanks. But my customer is using MT. Do you know where I can download?

It you are a MT cloud customer then first establish how to connect to IDM through the ION API proxy. The DevelopersPage.html has a link at the bottom (scroll down) to useful open source projects, you probably want the ion-api-sdk which is open sourced and available on github.

This will get your app connected with an authentication token granting access to the available ION API's including the IDM one.

It is also possible to prototype and build using the ION API interface. You can use the temporary bearer token generated in an ION API session to test out your code, or experiment with cURL calls.

I think IDM has documentation built in behind the hamburger menu and this should be a good point of reference for how to use the APIs, I only have the MT cloud as a reference but I hope it's the same onsite.
